This statement explains how Technology Solutions HQ Limited ("TSHQ", "we") treats personal information, as required by the Privacy Act 2020. It covers this website and our correspondence with you. Each product we release carries its own privacy policy from the day it launches, written to the same standard we hold ourselves to here.
Technology Solutions HQ Limited is a New Zealand company (company number 9444797, NZBN 9429053815910). We build software with privacy designed into the architecture rather than added afterwards.
This site has no accounts, no forms, no cookies, no advertising, and no third-party analytics or tracking scripts. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we could not identify you from your visit.
Our hosting provider (Microsoft Azure) keeps standard technical logs — such as IP address, browser type and pages requested — which exist for security and operational purposes. We access them only to investigate problems or abuse, and we do not combine them with any other information.
If you contact us, we hold your correspondence, and we use it only to respond to you and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not add you to mailing lists, and we do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, and ask us to correct it. Given how little this site collects, the honest answer will usually be "nothing" — but the right is yours, and we will answer any request plainly and promptly.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to us first — we would genuinely like the chance to fix it — or to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
